Michael Ladwig serves his clients by leading and assembling accounting teams to meet their needs. As a CPA for over 25 years, he serves as lead accounting and tax advisor for all his clients. He began his career auditing and managing Trusts and their associated clients. Since that time, nearly 20 years, he provides accounting, business consulting, and tax services to closely-held businesses and individuals.
Michael received his Masters in Accounting from the University of North Texas and is a big Scrappy the Eagle fan.

Helping people is Kelly's greatest passion. His volunteer work and background working as an accountant for a variety of company types embodies this philosophy. Professionally, he has worked for small companies, medium companies, large corporations, not-for-profits, for profits, in ministry and in the government. He has worked in the United States and the United Kingdom. Additionally, Kelly has a love for running, completing 4-5 marathons each year.

Kelli graduated from the University of North Texas in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She worked for eight years in Banking as a Manager in Training and then as a Project Manager before taking time to raise her two children. She currently has her own business, McKnittey.com, an online luxury knitting yarn store for bespoke creations, but takes time to assist Ladwig Accounting Services in many administrative tasks.
